H-E StPOL is the first training center in Spain to teach the Official Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, a qualification approved by the Ministry of Education whose name, exclusively throughout Spain, recognizes in the first place the relevance of the training program in hotel management in the context of tourism training.

H-E StPOL’s theoretical-practical training program is one of the most comprehensive offered in Europe, since the hotel-school formula began as a pioneer in 1966.

The students of the different H-E StPOL training programs work from the first year with real clients of the Gran Sol hotel, without restrictions of access to all areas of learning and to the different departments of the hotel and restaurant, ascending the scale of professional rank and under the direct supervision of teaching professionals. This personalized and quality prior practical training guarantees them, subsequently, access to more specialized internships in the main hotel chains, restaurants and national and international tourism companies with which the center has maintained contacts and strong links for many years.
